Orange Mango Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
2 cups Santa Cruz Organic® Orange Mango Juice
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp grated gingerroot
¼ tsp salt
1. In a medium saucepan mix the brown sugar and the cornstarch. Stir in the Orange Mango juice, vinegar , gingerroot and salt. Cook until thickened and bubbly.
2. Serve with sautéed chicken breasts, vegetables of your choice, and rice.
