Tangerine
Chicken
Ingredients
300 grams boneless chicken breast 1⁄2 cup sliced peaches
1 Tbsp organic virgin coconut oil (or vegetable oil of your
choice)
4 cloves minced garlic 1⁄2 cup red, yellow and green
peppers slivered
1⁄4 chopped onion 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
1⁄2 cup Just Juice Select Tangerine juice 1⁄4
tsp ginger
1 Tbsp evaporated cane juice or maple syrup
Cracked pepper and salt to taste
In a large skillet on medium heat sauté
garlic, onion and chicken in oil until the chicken is slightly
browned. Reduce heat to low and add Tangerine juice, evaporated
cane juice, peaches, peppers, soy sauce and ginger to the
pan. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked
through and sauce has thickened.
